Manager of Reinhart Commercial, Bela Sipos has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience in the Ann Arbor region. He holds a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Designation, held by just 5% of real estate practitioners nationwide.
Bela specializes in the sale and leasing of commercial property, including office, retail, industrial, and vacant land throughout Ann Arbor and the surrounding communities. He has participated in site selection and development both in Washtenaw County and elsewhere in southeast Michigan. He also currently manages a portfolio of over 80,000 square feet of office and retail space.
Bela is past President and a current board member of the Ann Arbor Kiwanis Morning Edition, serving children in Washtenaw County and around the world. In addition, He is also a member of the Ann Arbor Bicycling Tour Society and a co-founder of the 2nd Tuesday riders.
Amy Freundl, a Traverse City native, has been a licensed Real Estate Broker in Michigan since 1997.
Amy moved to Ann Arbor in 2011 and is involved in with many organizations including the Ann Arbor Downtown Rotary, Michigan Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and Sigma Kappa Sorority. In her free time she is an avid golfer, yoga practitioner, and half marathon participant.
With over 33 years in the Ann Arbor area commercial real estate market industry, Dennis Odine adds extensive knowledge and experience to the Reinhart Commercial team. A former manager of Reinhart Commercial, Dennis is responsible for much of the structure that still exists in the department.
Dennis is currently focused on commercial property management. In addition, Dennis manages the studio and markets the art of his wife, Maureen S. Riley, a renowned sculptor of representational bronze focusing on sporting art.
